These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products through trynuvorae.com, operated by Nuvorae. By placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.

Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are shown on each product page. Nuvorae makes every effort to provide accurate information — any errors will be corrected as soon as they are identified. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Nuvorae reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are always billed at the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.

  2. Review your cart and make any changes.
  3. Enter your shipping and billing details.
  4. Select your payment method.
  5. Review your order summary and confirm your purchase.
  6. You'll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.

Receipt of your confirmation email means Nuvorae has accepted your order and the purchase is complete.

8. Availability & Cancellations

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll notify you by email and issue a full refund promptly.

Nuvorae reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock
  • Obvious pricing error
  • Suspected fraud or misuse of a payment method
  • Unable to deliver to the address provided

You'll receive your order receipt by email after purchase. If you need an invoice with specific billing details, let us know when placing your order or email us at info@trynuvorae.com.

12. Product Warranty

All products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@trynuvorae.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

13. Limitation of Liability 

Nuvorae shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use our products, except where required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

Nuvorae reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
