At Nuvorae, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

  • European Union
  • Australia and New Zealand

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is confirmed:

These are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (peak seasons, holidays, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs, etc.).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight. The final amount will be shown before you confirm your purchase.

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. During promotional campaigns, free shipping may be available to other destinations — any such offers will be clearly communicated on the Site.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed outside those hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Carriers & Tracking

We work with trusted shipping carriers. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives, please check that the packaging is in good condition. If you notice any visible damage, note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us at info@trynuvorae.com within 24 hours, including photos of the damage.

Delays & Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@trynuvorae.com with your order number. We'll investigate and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
