RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nuvorae, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here's everything you need to know about our return and refund process.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, no questions asked. You don't need to explain your reason.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at info@trynuvorae.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Full name and contact details
  • Reason for the return (optional)
  • Product(s) you'd like to return

We'll get back to you within 48 business hours with instructions on how to send the item back.

Condition of Returned Items

To be accepted for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and unaltered
  • Include the original packaging, labels, and security seals intact
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and any gifts that came with the order

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sealed products that have been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene or health protection reasons
  • Custom or personalized products made to your specifications
  • Perishable items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 business days using the same payment method you used at checkout, unless we've agreed otherwise.

Your refund will include the product price and standard original shipping costs. Additional shipping costs from upgraded delivery options are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in these cases:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged in transit
  • We sent the wrong item (incorrect product, wrong size, etc.)
  • The product doesn't match its description on our site

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at info@trynuvorae.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
