These Terms govern the sale of products offered on the Site. Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Nuvorae makes every effort to provide accurate information; any errors will be corrected as soon as they are identified. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product.

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Nuvorae reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, products will be billed at the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed.

6. Purchase Process

  2. Go to your cart and review your selected items.
  3. Enter your shipping and billing details.
  4. Select your payment method.
  5. Review your order summary and confirm your purchase.
  6. You'll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.

Receipt of the confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order by Nuvorae and completion of the purchase contract.

All transactions are processed through secure, certified payment gateways. Nuvorae does not store your payment details at any point.

9. Availability & Cancellations

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll notify you by email and issue a full refund.

Nuvorae reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock
  • Obvious pricing error
  • Suspected fraud or misuse of payment methods
  • Inability to deliver to the address provided

You'll receive your order receipt by email. If you need an invoice with specific billing details, please indicate this when placing your order or request it at info@trynuvorae.com.

13. Product Warranty

All products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Nuvorae shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use our products, except where required by applicable law.
